Auto-Trail NEC Show Competition – Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Auto-Trail VR LTD, whose registered office is Trigano House, Genesis Way, Europarc, Grimsby, North-East Lincolnshire, DN37 9TU (“Auto-Trail”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
- Competition Name
Auto-Trail NEC Show Purchase Prize Draw (“the Competition”).
- Eligibility
3.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible Auto-Trail motorhome or campervan at the NEC Birmingham show between 17 February 2026 and 22 February 2026 inclusive (“the Show”).
3.2 Employees of Auto-Trail Motorhomes Ltd, its agents, dealers, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition, and their immediate family members, are excluded.
3.3 Entry is automatic upon completion of an eligible purchase; no separate entry form is required.
- How to Enter
4.1 Each completed vehicle purchase order placed at the Show constitutes one entry into the Competition.
4.2 Multiple vehicle purchases will result in multiple entries.
4.3 Orders must be signed and accepted during the Show dates to qualify.
4.4 Entry into the Competition is conditional upon the purchase of an Auto-Trail vehicle during the Show.
4.5 The Competition is not a free-entry prize promotion.
- Prize
5.1 One (1) prize is available.
5.2 The prize consists of £2,000 (two thousand pounds sterling) cashback applied to the purchase price of the winning Auto-Trail vehicle.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no alternative prize is available.
- Conditions of Prize Award
6.1 The prize is conditional upon the vehicle purchase remaining valid and not being cancelled for any reason after the Show.
6.2 If the purchase order is cancelled, terminated, or rescinded, whether by the customer or otherwise, the prize entitlement is automatically forfeited.
6.3 The cashback will be applied following confirmation that the purchase has proceeded in accordance with Auto-Trail’s standard sales terms.
- Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
7.2 The draw will take place on 26 February 2026.
- Winner Notification & Publicity
8.1 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
8.2 The winner will also be announced on Auto-Trail’s official website and social media channels.
8.3 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and general location (e.g. town/county) for reasonable promotional purposes, unless they object in writing.
- Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and Auto-Trail’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and fulfilling legal obligations.
- Limitation of Liability
10.1 Auto-Trail accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid due to technical or administrative reasons.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto-Trail shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- General
11.1 Auto-Trail reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Dealer Participation
12.1 Auto-Trail vehicles may be sold at the Show by authorised third-party dealers acting independently and not as agents of Auto-Trail VR Ltd.
12.2 Auto-Trail VR Ltd remains the sole promoter of the Competition and is responsible for the administration of the prize draw and fulfilment of the prize.
12.3 Eligibility for the Competition applies equally to qualifying vehicle purchases made through participating authorised dealers at the Show, provided the purchase meets all requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
12.4 Dealers have no authority to vary, amend, or make representations regarding the Competition, prize, or these Terms & Conditions.
12.5 Any disputes relating to vehicle orders, pricing, cancellations, or contractual matters remain between the purchaser and the selling dealer and may affect eligibility for the prize in accordance with Clause 6.
- Availability of Terms
13.1 These Terms & Conditions will be available: on the Auto-Trail website, and on request at the Auto-Trail stand during the Show.
